For AMI, AMS, and independent Montessori schools
Your primary waitlist is full. Your upper el is not.
Montessori Marketers helps Montessori schools tell their story to parents who have never seen a prepared environment, then keep those families through the move to elementary and beyond. Marketing that respects the method and still fills seats.

What we hear from Montessori heads of school
The enrollment problems nobody warned you about in training
The 3 to 6 waitlist that hides a leak
Primary fills itself through word of mouth. Then families leave after the kindergarten year because a free public kindergarten or a traditional school looks like the safer bet.
Parents who think Montessori means “no rules”
Curious parents come in with half a picture. If your website and tours do not explain freedom within limits, work cycles, and mixed ages in plain words, they quietly pick something familiar.
Elementary and adolescent programs that feel optional
Lower and upper elementary need their own story. Parents need to see what cosmic education, going out, and real independence look like at 9 and 12.
Observations and open houses that do not convert
A family sits in on a work period, loves it, and then disappears. Most of the time nobody followed up with them within a day.
Marketing by plane of development
Each level needs a different message
A parent of a toddler and a parent of a fourth grader are asking very different questions. We build your marketing around that.
Infant and toddler
Reassure new parents. Show the calm, the respect, and the care. Make it easy to schedule a visit.
Primary, 3 to 6
Manage the waitlist well, keep families warm while they wait, and plant the seeds for the third year and beyond from day one.
Lower and upper elementary
Retention is the real enrollment strategy here. Help current families see why staying matters, and help new families see what they are missing.
Adolescent program
Answer the high school question head on, with real examples of the work your students do.
How we help
Built on School Success marketing, tuned for Montessori
Brand story and messaging
We help you explain the prepared environment, the role of the guide, and your accreditation in words a busy parent understands in thirty seconds.
A website that gives a real tour
Website design and development with pages for each program level, an honest look at a day in the classroom, and a clear path to book an observation.
SEO and paid ads
Show up when local parents search for Montessori near them, preschool options, or alternatives to their current school.
Social media and content
Photos and stories of real work: practical life, the sensorial shelf, a child pouring water with total focus. That is what makes parents curious.
Email and enrollment follow up
Waitlist nurturing, observation follow up, and re-enrollment reminders through Zenrollment so no family slips through the cracks.
Analytics and reporting
See which sources bring families who actually enroll and stay, not just clicks.

Review and refine
We track what brings families who enroll and stay, and adjust from there.
Who is behind this
A School Success program
School Success is a marketing agency that works only with schools: private, charter, Christian, Montessori, classical, and more. We help schools get in front of the families they are looking for and turn interest into enrollment. Our Montessori marketing plans start from a simple idea: the method sells itself once a parent truly understands it. Our job is to get them to that moment.
Beyond client work, School Success runs the School Marketing Team (SMT) program that teaches students to market their own school, the weekly School Success Report, the School Success Podcast, and a free private Facebook community for school leaders.

Questions
Frequently asked
Do you work with both AMI and AMS schools?
Yes. We also work with independent Montessori schools that are not affiliated. We will use the right language for your affiliation and never claim credentials you do not have.
Our primary is full. Why would we market?
Because a full primary often hides a retention problem at the transition to elementary. Marketing to current families is just as important as marketing to new ones.
Can you help us improve our observations and open houses?
Yes. We help with how you promote them, how you explain what parents are seeing, and how you follow up afterward.
Will marketing make us look like every other preschool?
Not if we do it right. Our goal is to make your school look more like itself, not less.
What does it cost?
It depends on what your school needs. We will talk through options on the free call.
